Judika Illes
Judika Illes fell in love with the magical arts as a child and has been studying them ever since. Her interests include tarot and other forms of divination, astrology, spell-casting, witchcraft, traditional healing and spirituality, Kabbalah, the Egyptian Mysteries, mythology, folklore, and fairy tales. Judika is a paraprofessional crisis counselor and has a certificate in therapeutic aromatherapy from the Australasian College of Herbal Studies. Judika served on the tutorial staff of the Australasian College. She wrote the popular monthly feature, Beauty Secrets of the Ancient Egyptians for TourEgypt, the Egyptian Ministry of Tourism's on-line magazine. Judika is the author of Pure Magic, Magic When You Need It, The Encyclopedia of 5000 Spells, The Element Encyclopedia of Witchcraft and The Encyclopedia of Spirits.
Raven Grimassi & Stephanie Taylor
Raven Grimassi is an award winning author of over 13 books on Wicca and Witchcraft, including: The Wiccan Mysteries, Witchcraft: A Mystery Tradition, The Encyclopedia of Wicca & Witchcraft, The Witches' Craft, Wiccan Magick, Hereditary Witchcraft, Beltane, Italian Witchcraft, The Witch's Familiar, Spirit of the Witch, The Book of Ways Volume I & II, Crafting Wiccan Traditions. Raven also co-created and co-wrote with his wife, Stephanie, the divination and teaching system known as The Well Worn Path Oracle kit (2005) and The Hidden Path Oracle Kit,(2007). Raven's newest release will be (Fall 09) titled: Cauldron of Memory: Retrieving Ancestral Wisdom.
Raven has been a practitioner and teacher of Witchcraft for over 30 years. He is an initiate of several Witchcraft traditions including Brittic, Pictish-Gaelic, and Celtic Traditionalist. Raven is a legally ordained clergy of Witchcraft. Grimassi is the Directing Elder of the Arician Tradition, a system of Italian Witchcraft and his personal practice.. He is also a recognized expert on Italian Witchcraft, and the foremost authority on the works of Charles Godfrey Leland, in this particular field. Raven has appeared on television and radio interviews nation wide, in several short films on Witchcraft, and was a consultant for the pilot movie film called Mind Forest. Raven is a popular lecturer and guest speaker at festivals and conventions nationwide.
Raven currently lives in Massachusetts with his wife, Stephanie Taylor and divides his time between writing, directing the Arician Tradition, and developing a Mystery Tradition Fellowship called, The College of the Crossroads. Stephanie Taylor is passionate and dedicated to guiding and teaching those who seek the Old Ways. Nature has always been an extremely important teacher and part of Stephanie's life experience. She felt the magic and nurturing of the world around her all of her life. Stephanie is a 3rd degree initiate of a Celtic Traditionalist system of Wicca, and a 3rd degree initiate of Italian Witchcraft (the Arician Tradition). She is a legally ordained clergy of Witchcraft. Stephanie has studied, taught, and used the arts as tools of transformation throughout her life. She is also a Tarot reader and teacher with many years of experience. Stephanie is the co-author and co-creator of the divination and teaching systems, The Well Worn Path Oracle Kit (2005) and The Hidden Path Oracle Kit, (2007).
Stephanie has owned and operated Raven's Loft since 1998, first as a brick and mortar shop and now as an internet store. She has been a guest speaker on several panels alongside such noted figures as Monty Farber, Amy Zerner, Rachel Pollack. And Ray Buckland. She has also appeared on television and in several short film documentaries on Witchcraft. Stephanie has also worked as a consultant for the movie pilot film Mind Forest, in which she likewise appears. She currently lives in Massachusetts with her husband, Raven Grimassi and divides her time between teaching workshops, giving readings, operating Raven's Loft webstore, author management and publicist.
Christopher Penczak
Christopher Penczak is an modern witch, author, and healing practitioner. His practice draws upon the foundation of both modern and traditional Witchcraft blended with the wisdom of mystical traditions from across the globe as a practitioner and teacher of shamanism, tarot, Reiki healing, herbalism, astrology and Qabalah. Christopher's goal is to build bridges of understanding and practice between different esoteric systems, finding the threads of truth that transcend individual times and places, weaving them together into new paradigms for the next age. He is the award winning author of over thirteen books, including Magick of Reiki, Ascension Magick, Spirit Allies, The Mystic Foundation, Gay Witchcraft, The Inner Temple of Witchcraft and The Outer Temple of Witchcraft. He is a faculty member of the Northeast Institute of Whole Health and an ordained minister. He is a High Priest of the Cabot Tradition of Witchcraft and the founder of the Temple of Witchcraft system and tradition. An international speaker, Christopher travels extensively and maintains a full time teaching and healing practices across the United States.
